Financial Review Committee

The financial books and records shall be submitted for review on an

annual basis after the year-end financial statements have been prepared. This review shall be conducted by the Finance Review Committee, appointed by the HHSBPA Board, and shall be comprised of three (3) individuals who are not authorized to sign checks for the HHSBPA during the period being reviewed. At least one of the members shall be a voting member of the HHSBPA. The review shall be completed within ninety (90) days of the end of the fiscal year.
