The Showcase of Bands will take place rain or shine, unless FCPS closes for the day.

All Bands will register at Door 14

As of 9/27 4:24 pm :

• Tickets at Door 8

• Groups 3–6: Will be performing indoors (Details will be shared with Band Directors)

  
  

  • Award Ceremony at 4:45 pm & 8 pm

  • Concessions inside Door 8

  • Volunteers Door 7

  • Seating is limited. Families are encouraged to watch their student’s performance, then exit to allow space for the next group if space is limited.

  • Student- or band-specific questions should be directed to your band director.

  • Patience is appreciated — we are all doing our best to keep the event running smoothly.
