6:30 Arrive at Herndon HS for quick warm up/rehearsal
7:15 Pack equipment and floor
7:30 Leave Herndon HS for Midlothian HS
9:45 Arrive, meet at Unit Check-In
9:56 Sound Check in gym (mandatory for staff, optional for students –recommended for first year members)
10:10 Unload floor and equipment
10:20 Get ready for performance
10:50 Meet in our “spot”with equipment, ready to perform
11:00 Body warm-up

(The winter guard contest continues until 5:45; the percussion contest is 7:15-10:15. Your ticket should be good for all day, but you are not required to stay)
Ticket Price: Adults (11+) = $15 Children 6-10 and Seniors = $10 Children up to age 5 = Free
Payment Accepted: Cash, CC (V/MC/D/AX), cash app, Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Square. All payments
using an app or square will incur a $1.00 processing fee. These payment types will be accepted at ticket
sales and concessions.
