7:00 Arrive at Herndon HS for warm up/rehearsal
8:15 Pack equipment and floor
8:30 Leave Herndon HS for South County HS
* Directions from Wakefield HS to South County HS for band members
coming from assessment
9:25 Arrive, meet at Unit Check-In
9:33 Sound Check in gym (mandatory for staff, optional for students)
9:45 Unload floor and equipment
10:00 Get ready for performance
10:35 Meet in our “spot” with equipment, ready to perform

The color guard portion of the show ends around 6:00. Percussion is from 7:15-10:42.
Ticket prices: Adults 13 and up - $15, Children 5-12 - $10, Children under 5 free.
