Schedule

• 7:15 am - Arrival (or sooner if you need to get ready…)

• 7:30 am – Stadium Field Warm-up and Run-through (All props need to be ready at 7:30…)

• 8:00 am - load trucks…students are responsible for loading of their own instrument onto the trucks

• 8:30 am – Grab Uniform bag and load buses by class

• 9:45 - Arrival at Marine Corps Memorial Stadium

• 10:00 - Lunch delivered by Potbelly

• 11:20 - Return to buses and change:

  • Students – Please wear appropriate attire for changing into uniforms before our contest on the bus without privacy.  Color Guard – Dr. Leask will have a special changing tent for you.

• 11:35 Warm-up

• 12:42 Perform

• Change out of uniform, return to the stadium:

  • Students – Please wear appropriate attire for changing out of uniforms after our contest on the bus without privacy.  Color Guard – Dr. Leask will have a special changing tent for you.

  • Students cannot bring bags into the stadium. Water bottles are okay.

• 2:40 Awards

• ~4:30 Return to HHS
