Band Awards Night

Parents and students - Enter Door 8 – A baseball playoff game starts at 6:30 and resource fair for Spanish speaking families in occurring in the lecture hall. Parking will be at a premium. Plan accordingly.

7:00 - 8:00pm Awards Ceremony

All families are invited to attend the Annual Band Awards Ceremony and bid farewell to our fabulous graduating seniors.  Enjoy music performed by our Jazz Ensemble and light refreshments provided by the HHS BPA at 6:30 pm in the Auditorium Foyer.  At 7:00 pm we will adjourn into the Auditorium for the Awards Program and Ceremony to recognize the achievements of this year’s students and announce plans for next year’s program.

Please note: Awards Night will start with a brief Annual Meeting of the Herndon High School Band Parent Association, as required by our by-laws. The meeting will consist of approval of the minutes from the June 2025 Annual Meeting, presentation of the budget for the 2026-27 fiscal year, and election of the Board for the 2026-27 fiscal year.
