Plans, procures and sells food for Showcase (and possibly other assigned events). A detailed  notebook with information from prior years is available, along with expert advice from our past  concessions chairs. All volunteers for the day of the event are provided by the volunteer  coordinator. This job can be shared with a co-chair.
