Website - update regularly 

Newsletter - produce and distribute distributed through Constant Contact in November, April &  June 

PR - write and submit articles to local newspapers and the PTSA newsletter editor 

Community calendar updates - update Facebook, Patch, Connection, and Times on upcoming  events. Also have events advertised in HHS’ weekly “Keep-in-Touch” emails. 

Programs - update/produce programs for 5 concerts 

Showcase programs - Develop program for Showcase Competition - includes schedule, ads  (provided by community as well as design basic ads from parents) and other information related to  the event 

Work with Fundraising Coordinator to Solicit Ads for Showcase Program - Parents & Community All items include working closely with Ms. Jacoby and other communications members, etc. All year round volunteer position. Ideally have 3 or 4 individuals involved
