Virginia Ambassadors of Music Trip to Europe

Memories of the Pride of Herndon
14 members of the Pride of Herndon were part of the 102 members of the Virginia Ambassadors of Music band and choirs during the summer of 2000. They spent two weeks in Europe and stayed in the following cities:
  • London, England
  • Champerey, Switzerland
  • Seefeld, Austria (near Innsbruck, site of one of the Winter Olympics games in the 1970's)
  • Venice, Italy and
  • Rauthenber, Germany
The Virginia Ambassadors of Music band and choirs represented America with music of the world, and performed in front of large and enthusiastic audiences.
